Summertime means sun, fun, and relaxation for the residents of Flamingo Cove - a beachside trailer park on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  But with a brand new HOA board full of colorful characters and an overbearing management team, getting the summer underway may not be as simple as it seems. Laugh along through zany proposals and hilarious reports as they attempt to plan a summer like no other.
